Articles and Condition
All offered items are guaranteed to be authentic prints or manuscripts made at or near the given date. Books, atlases and graphics are complete and in good conditions unless stated otherwise. All important damages and restorations are mentioned. Dimensions are given in centimetres (heigh x width).
Conditions of maps and graphics are described by the following code:

Perfect Condition - The graphic has a good strong engraving, bright colours and paper is of good, clean quality with wide margin.

Very good condition - The graphic has a good strong engraving, bright colours and paper is of good, clean quality with wide margin. The printed area is without damages and any restorations are made professional. Some minor age toning and minor tears in margin may occur. |
| C: |
Good condition - The print has no major damages. Some foxing, browning and tears in centrefold may be present. The printed area has no losses and paper is still in good conditions.

| D: |
Fair Condition - The print has some damages, e.g. tears that crosses the printed area. Paper is of average quality, some foxing and soiling may be present.

| E: |
Poor Condition - The map or graphic has several damages and soiling and needs restoration/cleaning.

Shipment, Order and Payment Conditions
Orders can be made via our website, fax, telephone, postal mail or email. We reserve the right to refuse a sale for any reason they deem with no prior notification. All prices are correct at time of display online in Euro and include tax and all fees excluding shipment cost. All items remain the property of Rainer J. Goetzfried until payment is received and cleared in full. Shipment to new customers will only processed after payment is received and cleared in full. We accept credit card (VISA or MasterCard) and wire transfer to our bank account. Where payment is made by credit card, you authorise us to debit your card with the total cost of the products selected plus delivery costs. Any refunds made in respect of returns or cancellation will be made to the same card. If your card cannot be verified or is in any way unacceptable, the order will be cancelled immediately. We will ship items by German Post / DHL or express mail service. All goods are sent insured for loss in transit, but we do pack our parcels very well and have yet to make any claims for any losses or transit damage. For shipping we will charge the following cost:

Return Policy (14 days money back guarantee)
Your satisfaction is of paramount importance. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of receipt and you can return the item for a full refund less delivery costs, providing the item is received in 'as sent' condition. However, please do not send goods back before contacting us first, and ensure that you use a signed for mailing service to return the item.
